Mindful Figure Drawing August 13th

$30.00

Come draw with us!
Join us for a soothing evening of mindfulness & creativity in our cozy immersive studio & maker’s space, Lost & Found Space, in Bushwick, Brooklyn!

This Mindful Figure Drawing activation begins with a guided meditation by art therapist Miriam Kagan, followed by a 1-hour nude figure drawing session in the company of others. Miriam is a local mental health counselor specializing in community healing through the facilitation and integration of non-ordinary states of consciousness. She offers one-on-one and group workshops, providing psychoeducation and somatic attunement using art materials, meditation, and trauma-informed care.

Our two featured models include Kally Compton, and Alexandra:

Kally is a rogue wordsmith and social media diva for queer weed brand FLAMER ;)

Alexandra is a piano teacher and poet who curates the abstract reading series “The Space Between”.

No experience needed—just curiosity and openness. Materials provided!

$30/class — Limited Sliding scale spots available. DM us on instagram @lostandfound_space or email us wearelostandfoundspace@gmail.com to inquire.

Next Session: Wednesday, August 13th | 7:30–9:30 PM
